Please read these terms and conditions for using this web booking service (“Terms and Conditions”) carefully before making any booking.
By making a booking through this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you are entering into a contract with Società Agricola Lollovers, with registered office in Nuoro, via Trento, 24 – 08100 – Nuoro –NU -ITALY ('”Agriturismo”) . These terms incorporate the terms and conditions for the accommodation services provided by the Farmhouse.
The web booking service is managed by KROSS BOOKING., VAT number 0735150724, with registered office in Str. Prov. Bitonto - Aerop. Palese, 28 - Bari, IT. Except as otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so that KROSS BOOKING is deemed to be an agent or intermediary with respect to your contract with the Farmhouse, your use of the web booking service or has other obligations in to you or any other third party.
CHECK-IN: From 3pm to 7pm from 1st October to 31st May. From 3pm to 8.30pm from 1st June to 30th September. In case of long delays and lack of notice, the overnight stay may not be guaranteed and will be managed as a No Show.
If check-in is carried out with a delay of more than 1 hour compared to what is established above, an increase of €50.00 will be applied.
Communication of the arrival time is kindly requested.
CHECK-OUT: 10.30am
The accommodation must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Failure to depart within this deadline may result in additional costs of €20.00 being charged for each hour of delay, up to the cost of an additional night's stay in relation to the type of accommodation chosen.
BREAKFAST: All rates include breakfast included in the price. Breakfast is served in the Locanda from 09:00 to 10:30. In case of particular intolerances, allergies or needs, please notify us promptly.
CANCELLATION / ADVANCE PAYMENT: The conditions relating to cancellation and advance payment vary depending on the type of rate chosen.
NO SHOW: In the event that the guest does not show up at the facility within the terms previously described, reference will be made to the cancellation policies described below, based on the chosen rate.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: These rates offer the lowest price available. To benefit from this rate, full prepayment is required. In case of changes or cancellations, payment is non-refundable. These rates include applicable taxes and services. In the event of an early departure, cancellation of the reservation or if the reservation is not honored for any reason, no refund or future credit will be due. Any extensions of your stay will require a new reservation for the additional dates, subject to availability and current rates.
All offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. The availability of the offer must be confirmed by the Agriturismo.
STANDARD RATE: These rates offer the standard price, with the possibility of cancellation or modification according to the following:
Any cancellations must be received in writing (via email)
Canceled reservations will be subject to penalties as follows:
- Up to 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied and the advance paid will be refunded;
- From 6 days to 2 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the amount of the entire booked stay will be charged.
- From 2 days to the day of arrival, a penalty equal to 100% of the stay will be charged for the first 2 days, while from the 3rd and subsequent days 50% of the stay will be charged.
- Any reductions in the length of the stay are considered cancellations. In case of early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the cost of the first 2 days will be charged, from the 3rd day onwards a 50% penalty will be charged.
GUARANTEE: All reservations require a guarantee or deposit. Guaranteed reservations are held until 10:00 am the day after scheduled arrival. If a guarantee or deposit has not been provided within the time specified in the direct communication, such bookings may be canceled without notice and the Farmhouse reserves the right to relist the accommodation or property in question without notice. In such circumstances, we will not be required to refund any deposit paid by you (or any other person in relation to your booking).
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment must be made at the time of booking (Non-Refundable Rate) or at check in (Standard Rate).
PAYMENT METHODS: Methods accepted as guarantee include: credit/debit card, cash or payment via Stripe. A deposit can be used as a guarantee method. The following deposit methods are accepted: cash and credit/debit card, Stripe. In order to secure your reservation and confirm your reservation, you must provide your credit card details (or details of other accepted payment methods). In some cases (for prepayment or guarantee purposes), your credit card (or other accepted payment method) may be charged or pre-authorized.
CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi
The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card before arrival (requesting authorization from the relevant circuit).
REFUNDS: All prepaid reservations are non-refundable for any reason, unless the Farmhouse agrees. For cancellations, no charges will be made to your account until the last possible time you can contact us, without incurring the relevant charge described in these Terms and Conditions.
ASSIGNMENT OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE RESERVATION: In case of impossibility to carry out the booked stay due to reasons of force majeure, it is possible, in agreement with the Agriturismo, to move the reservation to another period, however referring to availability and any price changes which will have to be filled. However, if the price of the stay is lower, the Agriturismo will not pay the guest any type of monetary refund, instead transforming the excess into a credit for services, always in reference to the availability of these on the chosen dates. However, it is possible to transfer your reservation to third parties, provided that the property is informed in advance and in writing (email)
PETS: Small pets up to 15 kg are allowed. An increase of €10.00 will also be applied for the costs of carefully cleaning the room.
It is understood that the respectful behavior of the animal and the management of its needs are the responsibility of the owner at all times.
If damage is caused, even accidental, the property reserves the right to charge the owner the cost of the related accommodations.
SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN ALL ACCOMMODATIONS AND INDOOR AREAS. Violators who smoke inside the rooms will be sanctioned with the payment of an additional night, based on the prices in force for the type chosen, due to the impossibility of making the room available for a subsequent overnight stay.
HALF BOARD: Lollovers, being a farmhouse that works by reservation, reserves the possibility of serving the meal inside the accommodation rather than in the inn, depending on the turnout in the restaurant business.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking. The Agriturismo cannot guarantee that any request will be satisfied (and will have no obligation to satisfy it, except as required by law) until confirmation is given in writing. If the Farmhouse is unable to accommodate a special request, it reserves the right to cancel any booking at the time the request is made or at the time the Farmhouse becomes aware of any special requirements, whatever this may be. last, although in such circumstances the deposit paid in advance will be refunded unless the Farmhouse is authorized to retain it under these terms.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL ITEMS:
The Agriturismo will not be responsible for the loss or damage to the personal effects of customers or guests, unless one of our collaborators is recognized as guilty.
FORCE MAJEURE: The Agriturismo cannot accept any responsibility or pay any compensation (in addition to refunding amounts paid for services not yet rendered), if it is unable to fulfill its obligations due to adverse events, acts or omissions beyond beyond our reasonable control and not caused by us, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes or utility failures.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Farmhouse's total liability to you for any losses shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Farmhouse in relation to your booking. We will not be liable for (1) any loss not caused by Agriturismo's breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or negligence, (2) any indirect or consequential loss, or (3) any loss caused by you or any member of your group . Nothing in these terms will operate to limit or exclude Agriturismo's liability for fraud, death or personal injury or any other matter which we cannot limit or exclude by law. The Agriturismo reserves the right to cancel any event in which it deems possible damage to its reputation and in such cases no refund will be granted. You will be responsible for the orderly conduct of yourself, your guests and your pets and will not at all times cause a violation of Agriturismo policies or any applicable law or cause annoyance to other Agriturismo guests. You will reimburse the Farmhouse in full for any loss or damage caused to the Farmhouse or any disruption to our business through your acts and omissions or those of members of your party, whether negligent or otherwise, and we reserve the right to charge the your credit or debit card for such amounts.
MISCELLANEOUS : These terms and conditions may be updated or modified from time to time and will be in full force after their publication on the site. If these terms are changed after making a booking and affect contact with the Farmhouse in terms of taxes or other changes resulting from local laws, the user will be informed via an electronic message provided during the registration process.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, unless other laws apply without regard to choice of law.
